I've had success using "PopUp Killer," a freeware product available at
http://software.xfx.net/utilities/popupkiller/

It seems to have the fewest side effects of any of this type of multiple
browser-window suppresser products.  It also doesn't have problems running
alongside Fortres 101 and Winselect Ikiosk.
