Yes, is decidely a problem on their end. It is most likely because they
haven't correctly referred to their main page or index page in via their
webserver software. I've seen this too, when you hit a page and it lists
the directory structure and no webpage! I believe that you are
experiencing a similar snafu by the webmaster.
