[WEB4LIB] spelling conventions

If Merriam-Webster is an acceptable authority, try
looking up the single word "site" at:
http://www.m-w.com/dictionary.htm
I would take this to mean the correct term would
be either Web site or web site. (I got this as
a reference question last week)
