The message contains html source code directly from two different html pages.
It appears your mail reader is trying to directly read that part just as if it
were an html page being read by a browser.  What email client are you using?
And what version? Any other pertinent information may be helpful such as OS,
etc.  If you are using hotmail or some other WEB based email client, that may
be the problem.
