"Javascript URL targets"

I received a message via this list from TMGB  re "Javascript URL Targets."
Unfortunately my screen freezes every time I try to open this message.
Sometimes I get a window telling me that there is an error in Java script
line 116.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Is there a simple solution?
