need feedback on log analysis software

We're looking at choosing traffic reporting software for our intranet, and
would be interested in feedback from anyone who has used one or more
of the following products:

WebTrends Enterprise Suite 2.0
net.Analysis Pro
MarketWave's HitList
Bazaar Analyzer Pro 2.0
NetIntellect 3.0

What didn't it do that you wanted? How was the support? Why did you
choose it over other products?
