Auto dialing

We are changing isp's on our Win95 PC.  I can install a 2nd 'dialer' using
the PPP stack with non problem.  Currently when one clicks on the Netscape
Icon, and goes to some site on the internet, the dialer pops up.  Is there
a way to make that happen when I install our new dialer?

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would prefer to not 'uninstall' the old one, because we might have to
switch back again.
