I sent three e-mail messages to Arlington Courseware requesting a
refund  for the July Dynamic Duo course, to no avail. Finally, I had to
resort to filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which
succeeded in obtaining a refund for me. The BBB has a website,
http://www.bbbonline.org/. There is an easy online complaint form, as
well as a listing of BBB offices for mail-in complaints.
