Changing view document source in Netscape 4.x

I am trying to change the application to view the source of web pages,
using Netscape 4.04. I assume that it is changed in
Edit/Preferences/Navigator/Applications. I tried entering a new type
called "View Source" with no MIME type and set to open WordPad. I got
that idea from a Macintosh and it works on that machine using MS Word.
Then I tried entering in various MIME types like "application/wordpad",
"application/text", etc. None of those worked. Can someone please point
me in the right direction?
