Serious - Virtual University Journal certainly is! We're about to
announce a very high profile group of educationalists as the editorial
team and advisors.

In answer to one of the points - we publish online, updated monthly but
compiled as four issues. A hard copy annual volume is also published, and
we anticipate a yearbook.

>From 31 March 1998 we're having to make it subscribers only. However,
authors can anticipate 12 months free access. The journal is peer
reviewed. A Call for Papers follows.
