site management software

I have been charged with investigating web site management software for a pc environment.  What we are looking at is SiteMill types of products.  I would appreciate any recommendations people have.  I have not read the list recently, so am not sure if the current practice is to respond to me individually or to the list as a whole, but if the former, I will be glad to summarize.
