need for new list?

I also subscribe to a great many lists, and have little desire to add
another to my daily reading. I haven't posted much to this list, as I'm
only just now receiving responsibility for our library's web page. Thus,        
I haven't had much to ask or much to say. Presumably, technical issues
will become more important to me in the near term, but again, I don't have
any desire to add to my mailing lists.
 
Really, truly, what is wrong with designating technical topics in the
subject line?
