New List??

 Rather than using a new list and duplicating the services of the web4lib,
a CONCISE use of the Subject Line would be more appropriate.  I have had no
problems finding the messages on: new lists, FTP, navigation frames, and
HTML just to name a few. These topics fall well within the topics of
web4lib.
