Question about secure encryption versions of Netscape

Hi all-

I was wondering how many of you out there are currently deploying or
choosing not to deploy the secure encryption versions of Netscape's
browsers et al?

What did you base your decision on?  What issues have arisen out of your
decision?

We had a patron ask us about this after trying to reach http://www.fafsa.ed.gov
and not being able to complete the forms.  The site says that it only 
recommends that you use the domestic versions of the software, but it appears 
that it is a neccesity.  Has anyone else had a similar problem?  Any solutions
that you could offer?
