The first Library web site (when and where?)

The St Joseph County Public Library in South Bend Indiana had the first
web site in the U.S. and the second worldwide on March 14, 1994.  Their
web site is at www.sjcpl.lib.in.us They have a great database for finding
public libraries on the Internet!
