The first Library web site (when and where?)

DRA( http://www.dra.com/ ) looks like they had the first web based catalog that
was commercially available and viable for the public to use. There may have been
others out there but when we went with DRA WEB in early 1996 I wasn't aware of any
other Web based opacs out there. I am curious where there any others or any home
grown applications running earlier than February, 1996?
