The Portuguese National Library (Biblioteca Nacional) Web OPAC is
powered by a MS SQL Server
(http://sirius.biblioteca-nacional.pt/scripts/sirius.exe). The same
solution (Sirius) was already successfully implemented over an Access
powered database (there are a few examples, you may check, for instance,
http://coa.ccr-n.pt/scripts/sirius.exe). All OPACs are in portuguese.
