It's not just the law, it's a good idea.  Shouldn't libraries want to make
their services available to all their users?

It doesn't mean you can't have graphics, and it doesn't mean you have to
maintain two versions of your site.  (Wouldn't the time be better spent
enhancing the content?)

Even if you don't have a screen reader available, download Lynx and test your
site.  If you haven't used Java or frames, you may find your site is already
ADA compliant, or needs only minor adjustment.
