TCP/IP NETWORK ADMINISTRATION

I would like to hear from anyone who has read or purchased the book:
TCP/IP NETWORK ADMINISTRATION written by Craig Hunt.

Is this book written mainly for UNIX platforms?

Is there any book that is written for TCP/IP running on various
operating system? 

If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly like to hear them.
