Mac - BBEdit - it rules.

PC - Cold Fusion Studio 3.1 - This is basically HomeSite 3.0 with
additional functionality since I do a lot of development in Cold Fusion.
Being a Mac biggot, Studio/HomeSite is the nearest thing to a BBEdit-like
product for the PC.
