I'm still a fan of hand-coding web pages.  If I were doing it on a Mac,
I would probably look into BBEdit's package which includes a web page
creator.

You still need tools even if you are hand coding, because putting tags
on both sides of elements gets monotonous. For the PC I'm using HTMLPad.

I think web pages are great fun! Enjoy.
