Printing headers

Have you considered dealing with the problem from the server end?  I know
Samba/*NIX or Netware can fairly easily add a burst page showing where
the print job comes from, but don't have any idea what you are running on
your site.  Of course adding it into the header instead of blowing a
sheet every job would be a challenge. :)
