Printing headers

We currently use Netscape Navigator Gold with Ikiosk software.  All of 
our public Internet workstations are linked to a common laser printer.  
Does anyone know of a way to have a header set up, e.g. Workstation 1. In 
Microsoft's Internet Explorer that can be done.  The only thing we've 
seen for headers in Netscape are for URLs. We would like to continue 
using Netscape because of the Print Preview option.
