Preparing Staff and the Public for Technology

Sorry for any cross - posting.

I am in the process of working with San Diego County to develop their
training for staff and public. We are looking at both traditional "butts in
seats" as well as online modules. Have any of you done or seen anything
along these lines that might be incorporated or serve as a model for public
libraries? I am especially interested in online materials even if the
instruction is conducted in person. Thanks.
