web sites don't load

In the past month or so we have noticed that some web sites that we used
to
access no longer load on out windows3.1 machines running Netscape 3.0.
These same sites come up promptly on our new windows95 machines.

The browser cache is emptied every time the machine is rebooted so a
full
cache is not the problem.   Any suggestions?
