No subject

Has anyone taken a hard look at PICSRules?  I'm noting it allows exclusion
by keyword, IP address, and more.  It also holds more potential for
retrieval by certain characteristics, but I wondered if anyone else on
Web4Lib had taken a good look at these guidelines.
