Evaluating the credibility of web resources

[RCG - NetNews]

        NetNews is looking for some basic guidelines that libraries go by
when evaluating a website for use as a reference.  Any suggestions?  We've
seen plenty of websites on the topic, but were looking for feedback from
actual LIBRARIANS -- aside from the library policy.
