[WEB4LIB] Re: Excel and Netscape

A big, hearty Nor'eastern thanks to all those who responded with such
timely suggestions for modifying the server configurations to deliver Excel
files.  The explanation by Sir Thomas Dowling about why MSIE opens the .xls
file and NNav. doesn't was very informative as well.  Again, thank you.
