Charging for the use of computer classroom

I work for a consortium library that serves two medical schools, several
schools of nursing/allied health, and a number of hospitals. For the
affiliated institutions we serve, we provide free access to a computer
classroom equipped with a teacher's workstation, a Proxima projector, and
twenty-five student workstations (all with Internet connections).

>From time to time we get requests from non-affiliated groups (either
companies or educational institutions) to rent our classroom by the hour or
day. Since we are a non-profit organization rather than a state institution,
we are in a position to charge for the rental of our classroom so long as it
doesn't interfere with the needs of our affiliated institutions. Does anyone
on this list have any idea what the going rate for renting a computer
classroom is? Obviously the costs will vary from region to region, but if
anyone on the list either rents their computer classroom/lab or knows what
other charge for such rentals, I'd like to hear from you. We aren't
interested in gouging anyone, but we'd like our rental fees to be in the
ballpark.

I hope my question is not too far off topic; if it is, my apologies.
