Small Stand-alone system

              Please excuse the duplicate posting.

I'm asking the following on behalf of a new juvenile detention facility:

  Is there a circulation product for a small library of 1,000-5000 volumes
that will check in and out, track who has the item, generate some
statistics and possibly even provide a catalog.

We're on GEAC and that's more money than they can spend.  This will be a
stand-alone operation.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.
