Question about w3launch

I recently tried w3launcher program and have a problem.
According to the documentation, when running w3launcher, it will be
invisible. However, whenever I try, it open w3launch dialog box. Only
after I open manually one of the *.w3l files, and click launch, the
application runs. I configured everything to the instruction. What do I
miss?
