Caution! Bitter past experience of using the raw screen capture to paste a
web page into a PowerPoint slide is that you then have a BIG .bmp image and
if you use lots as I once did your PPT presentation can get HUGE, too big
to fit on a floopy etc! My workaround is to do the screen capture, past
into a graphics program and save as a .gif or .jpeg and then paste into my
slides. The same goes in fact whn you want to paste into WORD etc. Training
guides can otherwise get into LARGE file sizes, when you thought you only
had a few K to worry about! I would appreciate further comments!
