I developed a project called....
'California Literary Landmarks Program' and decided
(of course) that it needed a web presence. The project
is a partnership of 'FRIENDS of California Libraries'
and 'California Center for the Book' and endorsed by
Dr. Kevin Starr, State Librarian and the State Library.

Pasadena PL (talk to Caroline Garner) was the first....
others to follow, and so on.....It is located at:
http://www.friendcalib.org/lit-landmark/

The company I got to 'just' handle/archive the 100 images was
'Triadigm Technology', the proprietors of 'FutureArts' at:
http://www.triadigm.com/technology/
and offers a variety of products & services surrounding
the FutureArts technology. I did the rest myself.

I know that the California State Library,
San Francisco Public Library
http://www.triadigm.com/technology/PortfolioClientsSfpl.htm
'own the technology'. Los Angeles Public has used them
for ?? I think the 'Shades of LA" Project?? and a bunch
other libraries and corporate types

The wonderful person (a librarian!) to talk to
at 'Triadigm Technology' is
	Jean Hofacket, MLS
	jhofacket at triadigm.com

Hope you can share your results with the rest of us.
