Changes in Not Just Cows

I have made a major change in how Not Just Cows is navigated.  It now
uses a two window frame.  The left frame is the menu and the right frame
displays the content.  I am asking for input on improving the
functionality of the frames.  I will not debate the pros and cons of
frames.  Users of NJC can turn off the frames with just one mouse click.
My objective is to make a very complex site easier to navigate.

The default page is frames based.  I use <noframes></noframes> for older
browsers.
