Yes, very. The staff time saved by freezing the program settings (Netscape in
particular) has been a wonderful benefit of adding security software.

Yes, the tech support is very good. The problems we have had have been very
minor, and the support people are extremely helpful.
We are running it with Fortres. What I've found is that using the default
settings for Fortres works well. When I tried to use our own customized
settings, Fortres did not always protect the appropriate items. Items on the
desktop that should have been protected were not, and Fortres' kiosk mode
tended to crash the system. So we've gone back to primarily using the
program's default settings and that works well enough.
Hypertec, the maker of Ikiosk and WinSelect Kiosk, is offering users a free
upgrade to WinSelect Policy and an additional program (Tempo?) that can be
used to impose session time limits. WinSelect Policy is Hypertec's program
that is supposed to have the functionality of both Fortres and IKiosk, and I've
been meaning to load it and try it out, but have been a bit swamped right now.
