Netscape 4 printing on public NT workstations

Does anyone have experience setting up Netscape 4.04 on public workstations
running under NT 4.0?  Under our existing security policies, Netscape will
not print although other applications, including Acrobat, CRT & Netscape
3.04, will print fine.  Has anyone else run across this?  Or have a
suggestion as to where NT might be stepping on Netscape's toes?  The printer
driver is a LaserJet 6L.  Thanks.
