Remotes on my sites.

I have added JavaScript based remotes to my homepage and to Not Just
Cows.  I do not want to debate their use.  I am teaching myself
javascript form "Designing with JavaScript" by Nick Heinle.  I would
like some input from any javascripters out there on how to keep the
remote control window on top of any netscape windows. Heinle suggests
using "alwaysRaised=yes".  It does not work.  Any suggestions or other
ideas for my remotes?
