JavaScript:code for a remote control

I am experiementing with a remote control for my Not Just
Cows pages.
I have the remote worming but want to put code in it so that
if it is already open it comes to the top when someone
clicks on the link for it.
Can anyone help?  

The code is part of the menu table.  Thanks.
