IEAK for IE 4.0

Has anyone had any expierience with IEAK 4.0?  I seem to be having 
trouble with getting the browser to do the automatic browser 
configuration.  What I'm trying to do is set the cache and the 
history to zero.  The only way that I can see of doing this is to not 
restrict these 2 settings, setting them both to zero, and then have 
the browser do an update to its' configuration to disallow these 
settings to be changed.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
