Not Ikiosk, again!

I've been to the archives and I find plenty 
about the tech aspects of IKIOSK (now
it's called WinSelect), but I found
nothing about customer satisfaction.  

Are you happy with the product?
Are you happy with the treatment you get from the vendor?
