Ikiosk and Fortres

Dear all,
I have bought Ikiosk and Fortres 101 to install them in a public terminal
using Windows 3.11, DOS 6.22
The library where this terminal is located, is a remote site that I visit
5-6 times a year.
This terminal is devoted exclusively to consult the library catalogue, but
there are some installed features - like telnet, email, etc. - that visitors
should not access since there are other public terminals for this.
My question for those who are using Ikiosk and Fortress 101: should one be
installed before the other one?,  any other thing I should know before I
start with the installation?
I really appreciate any comments you can provide me.
