Win95 Policy Editor problem solved

Thanks to Donna!   Specifically allowing the option seems to have solved my
problem.  I do remember when I first started working with the policy editor
that I read what the difference was between the gray and white settings,
but I had lost that piece of information somewhere along the way..........
