Budgetting or Pricing by Each Hit/Access

     If you were to put in your budget data web site charges according to 
     access of a site's documents, that is, by each time a user accessed a 
     document on it, what would be a cost using this scheme - 10 cents per 
     hit, 5 cents per hit, 2 cents per hit, or less? I tend to think 
     anything 2 cents or over is rather high, but perhaps not.
