Do let me suspend modesty ever so briefly to plug my book, A Practical
Guide to Internet Filters, which is right now at the printer's. While the
TIFAP website has some good information (and is free), and I also
recommend the surveys conducted by Jerry Kuntz, here are several
advantages of the dead tree format:

1) Contains ever so much more information (because my editor flogged it
out of me)
2) Requires no electricity (assuming you're reading it outside during the
day)
3) You won't die if you drop it in the bathtub.

I'm also uploading a Powerpoint presentation to my website; I promised
Monday night, but I had transportation delays and other setbacks, but it
will be up by tonight!
