The Internet Filter

Has anyone used a program called "The Internet Filter"  I believe it is
shareware by a gentleman named Bob Turner?  Do you like it?  Do you  hate
it? Would you recommend it?

Please do not flame me with reasons that libraries should not filter web
use -- that is not my decision to make here.  This is a simple request for
information\evaluation of a product from any real world users.
