It's relatively simple to set up a form that will email the completed
order to you. The real question is whether your server will allow the
necessary CGI script. Talk to your tech people.

You can see the beginnings of a simple feedback form I'm creating with
Frontpage at my web site - see the URL below. 

If you have questions/problems re creating a form in Frontpage, email
me and I'll see if I can help. Questions/problems with the CGI script
are probably beyond my limited expertise.
