hotmail in libraries

I have had good luck with Hotmail since about February.  I signed up -
and my wife and our three children each signed up - in November/December
or thereabouts.  Performance in the early days was abysmal, but is much
better recently.

It is not my primary service - my normal "residential" connection is an
ADSL line and my ISP (cais.com) does a good job of avoiding mail server
problems.  But Hotmail is very handy for the family, and a gift from
above when I am on the road.
