Hotmail in libraries

Santa Fe Public Library has been pointing out (pointing to?) HotMail and
Valise for those of our patrons who don't have accounts (or PCs) anywhere
else. Many seem to do perfectly well with these services, and conduct
lively email lives in their half-hour Web time slots. At one time HotMail
was overburdened and slow, but no one has complained about that lately.
