COPEARMS Web Page Now Available.

The COPEARMS (Co-Ordinating Project for an 
Electronic Authors’ Rights Management System) 
is funded by the European Commission ESPRIT Programme. 
The aim of the project is to assist other projects 
concerned with intellectual property rights management 
and to encourage the development of interoperable 
Electronic Copyright Management Systems (ECMS).

The COPEARMS Web site, giving further information 
about the project is being developed on IFLANET  at:

Recent additions to the site include the proceedings 
from the Special Interest Group Meetings held in London, 
Barcelona and Florence, and a summary of discussions 
from the workshop held in Barcelona. 

Also included are two volumes of the new release 
of the CITED ECMS reference model produced by COPEARMS:
Volume 1 covers business requirements and 
volume 2 deals with services specification.
