ID Distribution Script

Hello,

Some folks have asked for the script LSU uses to distribute global IDs via
a cgi-bin FormMail.  As we've borrowed the initial script from another
agency on campus and modified it to fit our situation, checking out Matt's
Script Archive may be a better place to start.

Hi, David
This is the basis of the script, I used for the gateway.  You can always
mail him a copy of our gateway script which is in the cgi-bin 
directory.  But the page/URL which I am emailing you will not only give
him the script but also the instructions which will help him set up the
script.

If you need any more information please let me know.
Also could you please let me know if you decided to mail him our gateway
script or preferred to give him this URL.
